dobrastudiya.com uses no cookies, has no forms and does not collect data about visitors. The hosting server only records the technical data the site needs to work.

Who is responsible

This is a private initiative of Seryozha and Misha, not a registered charity or foundation. We do not issue receipts for tax deductions.

What is recorded

When you open the site, the server receives your IP address, the date and time of the request, the page you opened, and your browser and operating system. This is needed to deliver the site and protect it from attacks. We do not combine this data with anything else or try to identify you.

The site has no cookies or browser storage, no analytics or advertising pixels (Google, Meta, etc.) and no forms. Fonts, photos and video are hosted with the site, so your browser does not contact third-party services for them.

Hosting

The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages, provided by Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA, which processes the technical data on our behalf.

• Legal basis: our legitimate interest in a stable and secure website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
• Transfers to the USA: Cloudflare participates in the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.
• Retention: we keep no logs ourselves. Cloudflare keeps technical data only as long as needed to run and secure its service.

Donations and links

The donate button leads to a monobank jar. The payment is processed by monobank (JSC Universal Bank) under its own terms. Our site never sees or stores your card details. The jar owner may see the amount, your comment and the sender's name if the bank shows it.

Links to Instagram, TikTok, Telegram and YouTube send no data until you click them. After that, those services' privacy policies apply.

Your rights

You may request access to your data, correction, erasure or restricted processing, object to processing based on legitimate interest, and complain to the data protection authority of the EU country where you live. Write to dobrastudiya@gmail.com and we will reply within one month.

Changes

If we add analytics, forms or embedded video, we will update this policy and its date. Where consent is required for cookies, we will ask for it first.
